Check the All-In-One status

Make sure that your All-In-One is set as the default printer:

1. From the Finder window, choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. The Printer List dialog is displayed.
2. Make sure that 2200 Series is highlighted in the list.

Make sure that your All-In-One is set as the current printer:

1. With your document open, choose File  Page Setup.
2. From the Format for pop-up menu, choose 2200 Series.
3. Click OK.
4. Choose File  Print.
5. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 2200 Series.

Make sure that the All-In-One is not held or paused:

Mac OS X version 10.2.3 and higher

1. From the Finder window choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. The Printer List dialog is displayed.
2. Select the 2200 Series in the list.
3. From the Printers drop-down menu, choose Show Jobs.
4. Select your job from the list.
5. Click Resume.

Mac OS X version 10.1.5

1. From the Finder window choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. The Printer List dialog is displayed.
2. Select the 2200 Series in the list.
3. From the Queue drop-down menu, choose Start Queue.
4. From the Printers drop-down menu, choose Show Queue.
5. Select your job from the list.
6. Click Resume.
