Printing a banner

1. Load banner paper.

   Note:

   The All-In-One can only print up to 10 pages of A4 or US Letter plain paper.

2. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup.
3. From the "Format for" pop-up menu, choose 3300 Series.
4. From the Paper Size pop-up menu, choose US Letter (Banner) or A4 (Banner).
5. Click OK.
6. From the software application, choose File  Print.
7. From the "Printer" pop-up menu, choose 3300 Series.
8. From the next pop-up menu, choose Quality & Media.
9. From the "Media Type" pop-up menu, choose Automatic.

   Note:

   The printer has a Paper type sensor that detects the media type loaded in the paper support and automatically adjusts the media type setting. The printer can detect the type of paper you are using. It cannot detect the paper size.

10. Click Print.
