Checking the cable connection

Verify the following items, and then send the file to print again.

  1. Did you connect the power supply cord at the back of the All-In-One and into a properly grounded electrical outlet?

    • Make sure the power supply cord is firmly attached to the All-In-One and to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
    • Check for loose connections.
  2. Is the USB cable properly connected to the back of the All-In-One?

    • Make sure you plug the smaller, more square end of the USB cable into the back of the All-In-One.
    • The other end of the USB cable must be connected to the USB port at the back of the computer. The USB port is marked by the USB symbol. Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
Make sure the USB cable is not damaged and is firmly attached at both ends.
