Quantity & Copy Type

Choose the quantity and color for the copies.

• For Quantity, valid values range from 1-99.
• For Copy Type, choose:
• Color for all color documents and images
• Grayscale for black-and-white images
• Black for text-only documents

Copy Quality

Select a quality setting for the copies. Options are:

• Photo for highest quality photos and for documents with vibrant graphics.
• Normal for most text-only copy jobs. This is the default quality setting.
• Quick Copy for copying drafts or text-only documents quickly and with reduced quality.
• Automatic for most media types. This option allows the All-In-One to determine the type of paper used for your copy. For more information, see Paper type sensor.

Paper Type

Choose the paper type you are using for printing your copy. Options are:

• Automatic
• Plain
• Coated
• Standard Glossy/Photo
• Lexmark Photo Paper
• Lexmark Premium Photo Paper
• Transparency

Output Paper Size

Choose the paper size you are using for printing your copy. Options are:

• A4
• Letter
• A5
• B5
• 3 x 5 in
• 4 x 6 in
• A6
• Hagaki
• L
• 2L
• 5 x 7 in
• 3.5 x 5 in
• 10 x 15 cm
• 13 x 18 cm

Prompt for multiple pages

Copy a set of pages.

Original Image Size

Choose a paper size for the original document. If you do not know the original size, choose Auto. The All-In-One software detects the size and adjusts the scanning function accordingly.

Portrait orientation is the default for most paper types in the Original Image Size menu.

Resize

Enlarge or reduce the copies according to percentage, or choose a preset size from the pop-up menu.

Defaults

Revert to factory default settings.

Preview/Edit

Preview the image and open the Copy dialog for more copy settings.

Copy

Copy an item.
