Choosing a paper size

When copying or working with photos, set the correct size of the paper loaded into the paper support to ensure accurate printing.

From the control panel

  1. When performing a copying task, press Mode until the Copy light comes on; when working with photos, press Mode until the Photo Card light comes on.
  2. Press Menu.
  3. From either the Photo menu or the Copy menu, use the up and down arrows to scroll to Blank Paper Size.
  4. Using the left (-) and right (+) arrows, choose the paper size for the photo or document.
  5. Press Select.

From the Page Setup dialog

  1. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog appears.
  2. From the "Format for" pop-up menu, choose 4300 Series.
    Note: When you select Any Printer, the paper size choices are limited. By selecting Lexmark 4300 Series, you have many more paper size options.
  3. From the "Paper Size" pop-up menu, choose a paper size. To print from edge to edge, choose the correct paper size from the list of Supported paper sizes for borderless printing and copying.
    Note: To display your preferred unit of measurement for the paper sizes on the Page Setup dialog, select a country or region for its corresponding formats. From the "Apple" menu, click System Preferences  International  Language.
  4. Click OK to return to the software application.
  5. Choose File  Print to open the Print dialog and print the document.
