Choosing the paper size of original documents

Specify the correct size of the original document loaded on the scanner glass to ensure accurate copying.

From the control panel

1. Press Mode until the Copy light comes on.
2. Press Menu.
3. From the Copy menu, use the up and down arrows to scroll to Size of Original.
4. Using the left (-) and right (+) arrows, choose the paper size corresponding to that of the original document on the scanner glass.
   • Automatic
   • 2 1/2x3 1/4 in.
   • 3x5 in.
   • 3 1/2x5 in.
   • 4x6 in.
   • 5x7 in.
   • 8x10 in.
   • 8 1/2x 11 in.
   • A6
   • A5
   • B5
   • A4
   • L
   • 2L
   • Hagaki

From the Lexmark 4300 Series Center

1. Open the Lexmark 4300 Series Center.
2. Select the Copy tab.
3. Choose a paper size from the "Original Image Size" pop-up menu.
