Making sure the All-In-One is not held or paused

For Mac OS X version 10.2

1. From the Finder desktop, choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. The Printer List window appears.
2. Select 4300 Series from the list.
3. From the "Printers" pop-up menu, choose Show Jobs.
4. Click Start Jobs if you want to resume all print jobs in the queue; if you want to resume a particular print job, select the document name, and then click Resume.

For Mac OS X version 10.3

1. From the Finder desktop, choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Printer Setup Utility. The Printer List window appears.
2. Select 4300 Series from the list.
3. From the "Printers" pop-up menu, choose Show Jobs.
4. Click Start Jobs if you want to resume all print jobs in the queue; if you want to resume a particular print job, select the document name, and then click Resume.
