Using the control panel

  1. Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper tray. For help, see Loading plain paper into the paper tray.
  2. Load your original document. For help, see Loading an original document face up into the ADF or Loading an original document face down on the scanner glass.
  3. Double-click the Lexmark Productivity Suite icon.
  4. Click Copy.

The Scanning & Copying page appears on your computer screen.

  1. Select a quantity and color for your copies.
  2. To further customize your copy job, click Display Advanced Copy Settings.
  3. Make any desired changes, and then click OK.
  4. Click Copy Now.

  3. On the control panel, press Mode repeatedly until Copy is selected.
  4. If you want to make more than one copy, press the numbers on the keypad indicating the number of copies you want to make.
  5. From the Start area on the control panel, press Color or Black.

Copying appears on the display.

Collating copies

Using the control panel

  1. Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper tray. For help, see Loading plain paper into the paper tray.
  2. Load your original document. For help, see Loading an original document face up into the ADF or Loading an original document face down on the scanner glass.
  3. Press Mode repeatedly until Copy is selected.
  4. Press the keypad to enter the number of copies to make.
  5. Press Options repeatedly until COLLATE appears.
  6. Press + to scroll to the number of pages you want to collate.
  7. Press Select.
  8. From the Start area on the control panel, press Color or Black.

Copying appears on the display.


Printing a borderless copy

  1. Load photo or glossy paper in the paper tray. For help, see Loading specialty paper into the paper tray.
  2. Load your original document. For help, see Loading an original document face up into the ADF or Loading an original document face down on the scanner glass.
  3. Double-click the Lexmark Productivity Suite icon.
  4. Click Copy.

The Scanning & Copying page appears on your computer screen.

  1. Select a copy quantity, and then select Color Photo from the drop-down dialog box.
  2. Click Best.
  3. Click Display Advanced Copy Settings.
  4. From the Pint tab, select Borderless.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Copy Now.

  3. Press Mode repeatedly until Copy is selected.
  4. Press Quality.
  5. Press + until Best appears.

  1. Make sure you have paper loaded print side down in the paper tray. For help, see Loading plain paper into the paper tray.
  2. Load your original document. For help, see Loading an original document face up into the ADF, or Loading an original document face down on the scanner glass.
  3. Double-click the Lexmark Productivity Suite icon.
  4. Click Copy.

The Scanning & Copying page appears on your computer screen.

  1. Click Preview Now.
  2. From the Productivity Tools area, select Enlarge or reduce an image.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to select the size of your new image.
  4. When you are finished customizing your image, click Print Now.

  3. Press Mode repeatedly until Copy is selected.
  4. Press Reduce/Enlarge.
  5. Press + repeatedly until the size you want appears on the display.
  6. Press Color or Black.

Copying appears on the display.
