Creating a PDF

Creating a PDF in Mac OS X version 10.2.3 or later

1. From the software application, click File  Print. The Print dialog appears.
2. Click Save as PDF.
3. Specify a file name for the document.
4. From the "Where" pop-up menu, choose the location for the PDF.
5. Click Save.
