Printing an image as multiple-page poster
The Copy function in the Lexmark All-In-One Center allows you to enlarge a single page image to print on multiple pages and create a poster. Poster sizes are 2x2 (four pages), 3x3 (nine pages), and 4x4 (16 pages).
- Load paper into the paper support.
- Load an image on the scanner glass.
- Open the Lexmark 3300 Series Center.The Lexmark 3300 Series Center Main Page appears.
- Select the Copy tab, and adjust the settings accordingly.
- Click Preview/Edit.
- Select the Finishing tab.
- From the Layout area, click Poster.
- Choose a poster size from the pop-up menu. Options are:
- 2x2 (four pages)
- 3x3 (nine pages), and
- 4x4 (16 pages)
- Select Print crop marks if you want to print the poster with crop marks.
- Customize the copy settings in the Settings and Adjustment tabs as needed.
- Click Preview Again as often as needed to apply the settings and view the changes.
- Click Copy.
- Assemble the poster.
- On each printed page, trim the white edges of two adjacent sides. For example, trim the white edge from the top and left sides of each page.
- Arrange the pages so that every trimmed edge overlaps an untrimmed edge (the white edge).
- Tape the back of the pages together.
- To complete the poster, trim any remaining white edges.
