Check the All-In-One status

Make sure that your All-In-One is set as the default printer:

1. From the Finder window, choose Applications  Utilities  Print Center.
2. From the Printers menu, choose Show Printer List.

   The Printer List dialog appears.

3. Make sure that the 5200 Series is highlighted in the list.

Make sure that your All-In-One is set as the current printer:

1. With your document open, choose File  Page Setup....
2. From the Format for pop-up menu, choose 5200 Series.
3. Click OK.
4. Choose File  Print.
5. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 5200 Series.

Make sure that the All-In-One is not put on hold or paused:

1. From the Finder window choose Applications  Utilities  Print Center.
2. From the Printers menu, choose Show Printer List.

   The Printer List dialog appears.

3. Highlight the 5200 Series in the list.
4. From the Printers drop-down menu, choose Show Queue or Show Jobs.
5. Select your job from the list.
6. Click Resume or the Resume icon.
