Check the cable connection
Verify the following items, and then send your file to print again.
- Did you connect the cable to the power supply at the back of your All-In-One and into a properly grounded electrical outlet?
- Make sure the power supply is firmly attached to your All-In-One and a properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Check for loose connections.
- Is the other end of the USB cable connected to the back of your All-In-One?
- Make sure the USB cable is connected to the USB port at the back of your computer.
- The USB port on the back of your computer is marked by the USB symbol. Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
- Plug the smaller, more square end into the back of your All-in-One.
- Is the USB cable damaged or loose?
- Make sure the USB cable is not damaged and firmly attached at both ends.
- Make sure the All-In-One Power light is on.
