Select a printer

Use the Printer Selection dialog to choose a printer for configuration or maintenance. Your All-In-One is automatically entered into the printer list when you install the All-In-One software.

1. Open the 5200 Series Utility.
2. From the menu bar on the upper left corner, choose Advanced.

The Advanced menu displays.

3. Click Select Printer... .
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to select a printer.
5. Click Select.

If your printer is not listed, make sure the USB cable is securely attached to the computer and the printer, and the printer is turned on.
