Edit Application List Setup

The list of applications in the Application List Setup is generated when you install the All-In-One software. You can expand this list to a maximum of 50 applications. You can add, remove, or modify an application in the Application List Setup.

  1. Open the Lexmark 6200 Series Center.
  2. Select the Scan tab.
  3. From the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Application List Setup.... The Application List Setup dialog appears, showing all available applications.
To add an application to the list:
    1. Click Add....
    2. In the Display Name box, enter the name of the software application that you want to add, or click Browse... to navigate through the list of applications available on your computer. Click the application that you want to add to the Application List.
    3. Click Choose.
    4. Select the type of file to send to your chosen application from the File Type pop-up menu.
    5. Edit the display name if desired. This is the name that will display in the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu.
    6. Click OK.
To remove an application from the list:
    1. On the list of applications, click the one that you want to remove.
    2. Click Remove....
    3. If you are sure, click OK when prompted. Otherwise, click Cancel.
To modify an application in the list:
    1. On the list of applications, click the one that you want to modify.
    2. Click Modify....
    3. Edit the name to be displayed in the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu.
      • Click Browse... to select a new path to the application.
      • From File Type, choose the type of file that you want to send to this application. You can only choose one.
    4. Click OK.
