Create a PDF

Mac OS X v10.1

  1. From the software application, click File  Print.... The Print dialog appears.
  2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 6200 Series.
  3. From the pop-up menu that says Copies & Pages, choose Output Options.
  4. Select Save as File. The Format pop-up menu is turned on.
  5. Choose PDF or PostScript.
  6. Click Save.

Mac OS X v10.2 and Mac OS X v10.3 Panther

  1. From the software application, click File  Print.... The Print dialog appears.
  2. Click Save as PDF....
  3. Specify a file name for your document.
  4. From the Where pop-up menu, choose the location to send your PDF.
  5. Click Save.
