Crop photos from the control panel on the All-In-One

From the Photo menu on the control panel, you have the option to crop the photos stored on your memory card before you print them.

1. Load paper.
2. Insert the memory card. The I Want To: menu appears on the display.
3. Choose View Photos or Print, and then use the left (-) and right (+) arrows to browse through the photos in your memory card. You can press Rotate to properly orient your photo on the control panel display, if needed.
4. Once you have decided on the photo to crop, press Select.
5. Press Menu to open the Photo menu.
6. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Crop.
7. Press Select.
8. Press Resize to zoom and create a crop area. Use the up, down, left (-), and right (+) arrows to move and define the crop area.
9. Press Select.
10. Press Color to print your cropped photo in color, or press Black to print your cropped photo in black and white.
11. To crop and then print other photos in your memory card, repeat steps 3 through 10.
