Maintenance—from the control panel

You can perform maintenance tasks using the Control panel on the All-In-One.

1. Navigate the menus on the control panel on the All-In-One.
2. From the Copy menu, Scan menu, or Photo menu, use the up and down arrows to scroll to Maintenance. You can:
   • Check ink levels.
   • Change cartridges.
   • Align cartridges.
   • Clean cartridges.
   • Print a test page.
3. From the Maintenance submenu, you can move on to the Defaults submenu to:
   • Restore factory settings. For more information, go to Reset All-In-One software settings to default.
   • Select a language for the control panel display text.
   • Choose a power save mode. Choose from Immediate, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes.
   • Clear control panel settings. Choose from After 2 Minutes or Never.
