Checking the cable connection
Verify the following items, and then resume the printing process.
- Did you connect the power supply to the connector at the back of the All-In-One, and properly plug it in?
- Make sure the power supply cord is not damaged.
- Make sure the power supply is properly connected to the All-In-One.
- Make sure the other end of the power supply cord is properly plugged into a working outlet that is near the product and easily accessible.
- Is the USB cable properly connected?
- Make sure the USB cable is not damaged.
- Make sure you insert the smaller, square end of the USB cable into the USB port at the back of the All-In-One.
- Make sure the flat end of the USB cable is properly inserted into the USB port at the back of the computer. The USB port is marked with the symbol .
