Previewing from the Print dialog
Click Preview in the Print dialog to review documents before sending them to print.
For Mac OS X version 10.2.3
- Click Thumbnails for a page-by-page view of the documents. Scroll up, down, left, and right to view all pages. Click a thumbnail to display it in the preview area.
- Click Zoom In to enlarge the image in the preview area.
- Click Zoom Out to reduce the image in the preview area.
- Click Rotate Left to rotate the image 90 degrees counterclockwise. The change in orientation is reflected in the thumbnails.
- Click Rotate Right to rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise.The change in orientation is reflected in the thumbnails.
- Click the double arrows at the left part of the dialog:
- BackwardTo view the previous page.
- ForwardTo view the next page.
- Page Number Page Number PanelTo enter the specific page that you want displayed in the preview area for viewing.
For Mac OS X version 10.3
- Click Drawer to display or retract the thumbnails and the search field panel.
- Click Back/Forward to move to the previous or next page.
- From the Page area, enter a specific page number of the document to display.
- Click Page Up to go to the previous page.
- Click Page Down to go to the next page.
- Click Zoom In to enlarge the image in the preview area.
- Click Zoom Out to reduce the image in the preview area.
- From Tool Mode, select the edit content mode, the text edit mode, or the object edit mode.
