Check the cable connection

Verify the following items:

Is the USB cable connected to the USB port at the back of your computer? The USB port on the back of your computer is marked by the USB symbol . Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
Is the other end of the USB cable connected to the back of your printer? Plug the smaller, more square end into the back of your printer.
Is the USB cable damaged or loose? Make sure the USB is not damaged.
Make sure the Power light is on.
Make sure one end of the cord is firmly plugged to the power supply and the other is plugged to a working electrical outlet.

Send your file to print again.
