Check the cable connection
Verify the following items:
- Is the USB cable connected to the USB port at the back of your computer? The USB port on the back of your computer is marked by the USB symbol . Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
- Is the other end of the USB cable connected to the back of your printer? Plug the smaller, more square end into the back of your printer.
- Is the USB cable damaged or loose? Make sure the USB is not damaged.
- Make sure the Power light is on.
- Make sure one end of the cord is firmly plugged to the power supply and the other is plugged to a working electrical outlet.
Send your file to print again.
