Check the cable connection
Verify the following items:
- Did you insert the power supply into the back of your printer and connect it into a properly grounded electrical outlet?
- Make sure the power supply is firmly attached to your printer.
- Make sure that the power supply is plugged to a working electrical outlet.
- Is the USB cable properly connected?
- Make sure you plug the smaller, more square end into the back of your printer.
- Make sure the other end of the USB cable is connected to the USB port on the back of your computer., the USB port is marked by the USB symbol .
- Is the USB cable damaged or loose? Make sure the USB cable is not damaged.
- Did you turn the printer on? Make sure the Power light is on.
Send your file to print again.
