Collate copies

Your printer can sort multiple copy jobs. For example, if you print two copies of a three-page document and you choose not to collate them, the pages print in this order: 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3. If you choose to collate, the pages print in this order: 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3.

To collate your copies:

1. From the software application, click File  Print... .
2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose P910 Series.
3. Enter the number of copies to print in the Copies field.
4. Select Collated.

   Note:

   Collated is already selected as default.

5. Click Print.
