Is your All-In-One disconnected from the power source? Is it turned off?

I cannot print to my network printer

Is your All-In-One connected to a working network connection?

Contact your network administrator for more information.

Is your All-In-One connected to the power source or is it turned on?

Check the cable connections.

Is the USB cable connected to your All-In-One and to your computer?

Check the cable connections.

Is the All-In-One software installed correctly?

Install the All-In-One software.

My All-In-One is not in the Printer List

Did you add your All-In-One to the printer list?

Add your All-In-One to the printer list.

Scanner not found

Is your All-In-One connected to your network?

  • Check the cable connections.
  • Connect your All-In-One directly to your computer using a USB cable. If your All-In-One is connected to another computer in the local area network, you can only print to your All-In-One, but not scan or copy.
