Adjusting color settings

Instead of using the automatic settings, you can manually adjust the color settings for optimum color output.

Adjusting color settings when printing

  1. Open a saved document.
  2. From the software application, choose File  Print.
  3. From the pop-up menu that says "Copies & Pages", select Color Options.
  4. Choose from the following color settings:
    • Color—Produces natural colors; ideal for printing photos and graphics.
    • Black Only—Uses only the black cartridge to print, so that all output is pure black. This option also helps increase printing speed.

Adjusting color settings when scanning or copying

  1. Scan or copy an item.
  2. Open the Lexmark 3300 Series Center.
