Networking with a print server

You can use the 3300 Series All-In-One on the network by connecting the printer to a print server. See the documentation of the print server to find out whether it is compatible with the printer.

To use the All-In-One on a network:

1. First learn about the:
   • Advanced menu
   • Printer Selection dialog
   • Network Printer Configuration dialog
2. Connect the printer to a print server. See the print server documentation for help in setting up the printer for networking.
3. Configure the printer as a network printer by:
   • Configuring a network printer
   • Assigning an IP address
4. If the printer is on a remote subnet, see Adding a remote network printer.
5. Add the All-In-One to the printer list.
