Adjusting color settings when printing

  1. From the software application, choose File  Print. The Print dialog appears.
  2. From the third pop-up menu from the top, choose Color Options.
  3. Select from the following color settings:
    • Color—Produces natural colors; ideal for printing photos and graphics.
    • Black Only—Uses only the black cartridge to print, so output is grayscale. This option also helps increase printing speed.
