Did you remove the transparent tape from the bottom of the print cartridge?

Remove the print cartridge, check for the sticker and the transparent tape, and then reinsert them. For help, see Install the print cartridge.

Does your cartridge have clogged nozzles?

1. Clean the print cartridge nozzles.
2. Print another page.
