All-In-One is plugged in but does not print
Make sure:
- Your All-In-One is on and the USB cable is securely attached at both ends.
- If your All-In-One is connected to a network, the Lexmark adapter is on and all indicator lights are on. For help, refer to the adapter documentation.
- You Load paper correctly.
- There is no paper jammed into the printer. Check if All-In-One has a paper jam.
- The All-In-One is not put on hold or paused. Check the All-In-One status.
- The All-In-One is set as the default printer. Check the All-In-One status.
Print a test page after you check these items.
