I want to configure my All-In-One but it does not show up
- Your All-In-One might be on a different or remote network, sometimes called a subnet. Go to Add a remote network printer.
- Your All-In-One might be on an isolated network that cannot be accessed remotely.

If your All-In-One is on an isolated network, it must be moved, your system must be moved, or the network connection reconfigured to place your All-In-One on another network. Contact your network administrator for more information.
- Your All-In-One might be disconnected from the power source or it might have been turned off. Check the cable connection.
- The built-in factory installed network interface could be disconnected from the network. Refer to your adapter documentation for information or call your network administrator for help.
- Your USB cable might have been disconnected from the optional external network adapter. Check the cable connection.
- The optional external network adapter might be disconnected from the power source. Check the cable connection.
