Scanner is not found or does not communicate with the computer
The software may be unable to locate the device. Make sure:
- The power source is plugged into the All-In-One and the Power light is on.
- The USB cable connects the All-In-One to a USB port or a USB hub that is connected to your computer.
- You plug the All-In-One directly into the computer's USB port, and then try to scan again. Some USB bus powered hubs may not supply enough power for the All-In-One.
- You Check the cable connection.
If the problem continues:
- Unplug the All-In-One from its power source and USB.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the power back into the All-In-One.
- Plug the USB cable back in.
