Adjust color settings when scanning

Instead of using the automatic settings, you can manually adjust the color settings for optimum color output.

  1. Open the Lexmark 6200 Series Center.
  2. From the Scan tab, click Preview... to open the Scan dialog.
  3. From the Settings tab:
    • Select a preset scan setting corresponding to your document.
    • If a preset setting is not satisfactory, customize the scan settings by adjusting color depth, resolution, and choosing a descreen option.
  4. From the Adjustments tab:
    • Adjust the brightness, contrast, and gamma.
    • Sharpen your image.
    • Invert colors.
