Choose a paper size

Set the correct paper size loaded in the paper support to ensure accurate printing.

Choose a paper size from the Page Setup dialog

1. From the software application, click File  Page Setup.... The Page Setup dialog appears.
2. From the Format for pop-up menu, choose 6200 Series.

   Note:

   When you select Any Printer, your paper size choices are limited. By selecting Lexmark 6200 Series, you have many more paper size options.

3. From the Paper Size pop-up menu, choose a paper size. To Print borderless photos, choose any of the Supported paper sizes for borderless printing and copying.

   Note:

   To display your preferred unit of measurement for the paper sizes on the Page Setup dialog, select a country for its corresponding regional formats. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences  Personal  International  Language.

4. Click OK to return to your software application.
5. Click File  Print... to open the Print dialog and print your document.

Choose a paper size from the control panel on the All-In-One

1. Navigate the menus on the control panel on the All-In-One.
2. From either the Photo menu or Copy menu, use the up and down arrows to scroll to Paper Size.
3. Using the left (-) and right (+) arrows, choose the paper size for your photo or document.
   • Letter
   • Legal
   • A6
   • A5
   • B5
   • A4
   • L
   • 2L
   • Hagaki
   • 3x5 in.
   • 3 1/2x5 in.
   • 4x6 in.
   • 5x7 in.
4. Press Select.
