Lexmark P910 Series Utility

The Lexmark P910 Series Utility guides you through printer maintenance and other related tasks. You can:

• Install the print cartridge.
• Align the print cartridges.
• Clean the print cartridge nozzles.
• Print a test page.
• Order supplies.
• Check for offers.
• Check ink levels and other information.
• View version information and regional setting.
• Select a printer.
• Configure a network printer.

You can open the Lexmark P910 Series Utility several ways:

• From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark P910 Series folder  Lexmark P910 Series Utility.
• From your software application, choose File  Print... . Make sure that P910 Series is chosen in the Printer pop-up menu. From the pop-up menu that says Copies & Pages, choose Printer Services. Click Lexmark P910 Series Utility.
• From the desktop, double-click the Hard Disk icon  Library  Printers  Lexmark  Lexmark P910 Series Utility.

Note:

If the folder is not in any of the specified locations, reinstall the printer software.

• For Mac OS X version 10.2.3 and later, from a Finder window, choose the operating system currently running   Applications  Utilities  Print Center. On the Printer List dialog, select your printer from the list, and then click Configure. The Lexmark P910 Series Utility appears.
• For Mac OS X version 10.3 and later, from a Finder window, choose the operating system currently running  Applications  Utilities  Printer Setup Utility. On the Printer List dialog, select your printer from the list, and then click Utility. The Lexmark P910 Series Utility appears.

Click the	Select	To
Cartridges tab	Install/Change Cartridge...	Install or change a cartridge. Your printer automatically specifies cartridge settings when installing or changing a cartridge.
	Align Cartridges...	Align the cartridges.
	Clean Print Nozzles	Improve print quality by cleaning clogged print nozzles.
	Print Test Page	Verify if your printer is functioning properly by printing a test page.
	Order Supplies	Order supplies, such as print cartridges, from the Lexmark Web site.
	Offers	Access the Lexmark Web site for offers (United States and Canada only).
About tab		Obtain printer software version information.
Advanced menu	Select Printer...	Select a printer and make it the default printer. Find the IP address for the selected printer. Add a printer located on a remote subnet. You can add a single printer or search the subnet for all available printers.
	Network Printer Configuration...	Configure a network printer and assign it an IP address. View a list of network printers. Add a printer located on a remote subnet. You can add a single printer or search the subnet for all available printers.
