Print black and white photos

If you are printing an original:
  1. Load paper or specialty media. For help see Load paper and specialty media.
  2. Load originals on the scanner glass.
  3. Open the Lexmark 2200 Series Center.
  4. Select the Copy tab.
  5. From Quantity area, type your preferred number of copies or use the up and down arrows to increment the number of copies.
  6. From the Copy Type: pop-up menu, choose Grayscale.
  7. From the Copy Quality: area, select Better or Best.
  8. From the Output Paper Type: pop-up menu, choose Glossy/Photo.
  9. From the Original Paper Size: pop-up menu, choose the size of your original photograph. If you do not know the size of your original document or photograph, choose Auto. Your All-In-One detects the size and adjusts the copy function accordingly.
  10. From the Zoom: area, enlarge or reduce the size of your photo using the preset or custom zoom settings.
  11. Click the Preview... button.
  12. Select the Settings tab.
  13. Make sure that your previous selections for the copy type and copy quality are applied.
  14. From the Descreen pop-up menu, choose Photo.
  15. Select the Adjustments tab and customize the settings, as needed.
  16. Select the Finishing tab and customize the settings, as needed.
  17. Click Copy.
If you are printing a previously saved photo:
  1. Load paper and specialty media.
  2. Open the image from your application.
  3. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose File  Print. The Print dialog is displayed.
  4. Click Print.
