Print multiple copies of a document

If you are printing a document from an application:
  1. Load the paper or specialty media in the paper support. For help, see Load paper and specialty media.
  2. From the software application, choose File  Print. The Print dialog is displayed.
  3. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 2200 Series.
  4. From the pop-up menu in the upper left, choose Copies & Pages.
  5. Enter the number of copies you want to print.
  6. Click Print.
If you are printing copies of an original using the Lexmark 2200 Series Center:
  1. Load the paper or specialty media in the paper support. For help, see Load paper and specialty media.
  2. Load originals on the scanner glass.
  3. Open the Lexmark 2200 Series Center.
  4. Select the Copy tab.
  5. On the Quantity field, type the number of copies or use the up and down arrows to increment the copies. Valid values range from 1-99.
  6. Click Copy.
If you are printing copies of an original using the Control panel:
  1. Load the paper or specialty media in the paper support. For help, see Load paper and specialty media.
  2. Load originals on the scanner glass.
  3. Press the Copies button to choose the number of copies you want to print. Valid values range from 1-9.
  4. Press Color Copy or Black Copy on the control panel on your All-In-One. Your document is copied either in color or in black and white using the current copy settings in the Lexmark 2200 Series Center.
    Note: You can create color or black and white copies of an original using the control panel even if your All-In-One is not attached to a computer.
