Scanning an item for Web page view

1. Load the document on the scanner glass.
2. Open the Lexmark 3300 Series Center. The Lexmark 3300 Series Center Main Page appears.
3. Select the Scan tab.
4. From the "What is being scanned?" menu, choose the type of item you are scanning:
   • Photo
   • Mixed Graphics and Text
   • Magazine or Newspaper
   • Black Text
5. From the "How will the scanned image be used?" pop-up menu, choose To be viewed on monitor/Web page.
6. Click Scan.
