Adding a remote network printer
A remote subnet is another network that is connected to the network. If the All-In-One is attached to a remote subnet instead of to your network (local subnet), you must enter some information to help the software find the printer.
Make sure the All-In-One on the remote subnet is already configured or has been assigned an IP address. If not, you must first configure the All-In-One and assign it an IP address.
