In the "Original Image Size" menu, select the paper size of the document you want to copy. Portrait orientation is the default for all paper types in the "Original Image Size" menu. |
Scanner unit does not close | Is the scanner unit support still holding up the scanner unit? | |
Poor print quality at the edges of the page | Are you printing beyond the minimum print margins for the All-In-One? | Use these minimum settings:
- 6.35 mm (0.25 inches) for all paper sizes except A4 - 3.175 mm (0.125 inches) for A4 size paper
-1.7 mm (0.067 inches)
-12.7 mm (0.5 inches) for black print jobs -19 mm (0.75 inches) for color print jobs |
