All-In-One does not feed specialty media

• Make sure you Load paper correctly.
• Choose a paper size appropriate for your specialty media in the Page Setup dialog.
• Make sure you use specialty media supported by your All-In-One. Check the Paper types supported by your All-In-One.
• A paper may be jammed. Go to All-In-One has a paper jam.
• Check the All-In-One status to make sure your All-In-One is not put on hold or paused.
