Test page does not print
Make sure:
You go through the items in the
Setup troubleshooting checklist
first.
You check to see if the
All-In-One has a paper jam
.
The All-In-One is not put on hold or paused.
Check the All-In-One status
.
You
Print a test page
again. If it still does not print, you may have to reinstall the All-In-One software.
