Add your All-In-One to the Printer List

You need to add the network printer to the Printer List after you configure it.

Add your All-In-One to the Printer List from your software application

  1. Make sure your All-In-One is properly connected and the power is on.
  2. From your software application, choose File   Print.... The Print dialog appears.
  3. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose Edit Printer List. The Printer List dialog appears.
  4. Click Add... or Add Printer.
  5. Choose your connection type from the pop-up menu.

    If you choose USB

    If you choose Lexmark Inkjet Networking

    1. Select your All-In-One from the list.
    2. Click Add.

      Note: A printer networked through an external adapter displays its name and the six-digit MAC address of the adapter.
    1. Click Add.

Add your All-In-One to the Printer List from the Print Center or Printer Setup Utility (in Mac OS X v10.3 Panther)

  1. Make sure your All-In-One is properly connected and the power is on.
  2. From the Finder desktop, choose Go  Applications   Utilities   Print Center or Printer Setup Utility (Mac OS X v10.3 Panther). The Printer List dialog appears.
  3. Click Add... or Add Printer.
  4. Choose your connection type from the pop-up menu.

    If you choose USB

    If you choose Lexmark Inkjet Networking

    1. Select your All-In-One from the list.
    2. Click Add.
