Enlarge or reduce an image from the All-In-One Center
To resize your image when copying from the All-In-One Center:
- Load paper in the paper support.
 
- Load original documents on the scanner glass.
 
- Open the Lexmark 6200 Series Center.
 
- Select the Copy tab.
 
- From Original Paper Size pop-up menu, choose the paper size that matches the actual size of the photo or document on the scanner glass.

Enter the correct paper size so that the resized image is not cropped or distorted. The All-In-One scanning software reads this information and uses it to resize your document when you set the zoom value. |       
- To enlarge an image:
 
From Zoom, choose the desired enlargement value. You can choose any of the preset sizes, or you can manually enter an incremental percentage value.

To enlarge an image, the zoom value must be higher than the actual size of the original image. |       
To reduce an image:
From Zoom, choose the desired reduction value. You can choose any of the preset sizes, or you can manually enter a percentage value lower than the size of the original image.

- To crop your image and make other photo or document enhancements:
 
- Click Preview....
 
- Select the Finishing tab. The zoom setting you set earlier is reflected in the Zoom window. Change this setting as needed. 
 
- To print only a portion of your photo or document, follow the instructions in Crop photos using Auto-crop and Crop photos manually.
 
- Adjust the copy settings on the Settings and Adjustment tabs as needed.
 
- Click Preview Again to refresh the image in the preview area.

Not all changes and adjustments in the settings are reflected in the preview image when the Preview Again button is clicked. |       
- Click Copy.
