Does the memory card contain photos not taken by a digital camera? | If the memory card is formatted by devices other than a digital camera, and contains images or information not taken by a digital camera, the All-In-One may not recognize it. Use only memory cards containing photos taken with a digital camera. | |
Do you have a PictBridge-enabled digital camera connected to the All-In-One? | Disconnect the PictBridge-enabled digital camera from the All-In-One. | |
Cannot print from the digital camera | Is the digital camera PictBridge compatible? | Remove the device, and use a PictBridge-enabled digital camera in the PictBridge port. See your digital camera documentation to determine whether it is PictBridge compatible. |
Is the PictBridge-enabled digital camera set to the correct USB mode? | See your digital camera documentation for help in selecting the correct USB mode. | |
Is there a memory card inserted in the memory card reader? | Remove the memory card from the memory card reader. | |
