Scan multiple documents before faxing
- Load first item on the scanner glass. For help, see Load originals on the scanner glass.
- Open the Lexmark 2200 Series Center.
- From the Device: pop-up menu, choose Lexmark 2200 Series. The Device: pop-up menu is available only when several All-In-Ones are installed on your computer.
- Select the Scan tab.
- From the What is being scanned? area, choose the type of document that you are faxing.
- From the How will the scan be used? pop-up menu, choose To fax. You are prompted to choose a fax application from the application list on the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu. Click OK.
- From the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu, choose your fax application from the application list. Your fax application must first be added to the application list. For help on how to add your fax application in the Application list, see Application List Setup.
- Select Prompt for multiple pages.
- Click Scan.
- When prompted, place the next item on the scanner and click Scan on the dialog. Continue doing this until you have finished scanning all your items.
- Click Done. Your fax software is launched.
- Follow the instructions on your screen to send your fax. Refer to your fax application documentation for more information on how to send fax.
