Printing banners

  1. Load banner paper. Use only the number of sheets needed for the banner.
  2. Customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog.
    1. With your document open, choose File  Page Setup.
    2. From the "Settings" pop-up menu, choose Page Attributes.
    3. From the "Format for" pop-up menu, choose 4300 Series.
    4. Choose A4 Banner or Letter Banner from the "Paper Size" pop-up menu.
    5. Select an orientation.
    6. Click OK.
  3. Customize the settings in the Print dialog.
    1. With your document open, choose File  Print.
    2. From the "Printer" pop-up menu, choose 4300 Series.
    3. From the third pop-up menu from the top, choose Quality & Media.
      • From the "Paper Type" pop-up menu, choose Plain.
      • Select a print quality. Normal is the default.
      • Note: Higher print quality settings result in better quality documents but may take longer to print.
    4. Click Print.

Due to its length, the printed banner will extend past the Paper exit tray; make sure the path of the banner is not blocked and that there is adequate room for it to spread out.
