Poor quality at the edges of the page

The printing mode for the type or size of paper in use is incorrect. Note: If you want to print to the edge of the paper, use the Borderless option in Print Properties. Otherwise, do not print beyond the minimum print margins for the size of paper in the All-In-One.

The maximum width the All-In-One can print is 8.5 inches (215.9 mm) plus an additional 4mm on all edges to allow printing to extend beyond the edge of the paper. When printing in normal mode, use these minimum settings: |
The original document is larger than the paper you are using for copies. |

The highest print quality resolution can slow the printing speed. |
Reduce the print quality resolution. Quick and Normal qualities print more quickly than Photo quality. Note: Photos or documents containing graphics may take longer to print than text. |

The computer may not meet the minimum memory requirements for the All-In-One. |
Consider purchasing more Random Access Memory (RAM) for the computer. |

The automatic paper type sensor may have sensed the wrong media type. |

Cannot print from a digital camera |
Is the digital camera PictBridge compatible? |
Remove the device and use a PictBridge-enabled digital camera in the PictBridge port. Refer to your digital camera documentation to determine if it is PictBridge compatible. |
Is the PictBridge-enabled digital camera set to the correct USB mode? |
Refer to your digital camera documentation for help selecting the correct USB mode. |

Are you using the USB cable that came with your digital camera? |
You must use the USB cable that came with your digital camera. Refer to you digital camera documentation to determine which type of USB cable it supports. |
Check the All-In-One status to make sure the document is not being held or paused and that the All-In-One is set as the default printer. To check the status:
