Printing envelopes

  1. Load envelopes.
  2. Customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup.
    2. From the "Settings" pop-up menu, choose Page Attributes.
    3. From the "Format for" pop-up menu, choose 4300 Series.
    4. From the "Paper Size" pop-up menu, choose a paper size. If the exact envelope size cannot be specified, select the next larger size, and set the left and top margin settings to properly position your text on the envelope.
    5. Select Landscape as the orientation.
      Note: Many software programs are designed to override the envelope settings in the Page Setup dialog. Make sure landscape orientation is also selected in the software application.
    6. Click OK.
  3. Customize the settings in the Print dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Print.
    2. From the "Printer" pop-up menu, choose 4300 Series.
    3. From the third pop-up menu from the top, choose Quality & Media.
      • From the "Paper Type" pop-up menu, choose Plain.
      • Note: The All-In-One has a Paper type sensor that automatically adjusts the paper type settings in the All-In-One.
      • Select a print quality. Normal is the default.
      • Note: Higher print quality settings result in better quality documents but may take longer to print.
    4. Click Print.
