All-In-One is scanning and copying without a pre-scan | Is the scanner auto-detecting the size of the original document? | See the Copy tab of the Lexmark 4300 Series. From the "Original Image Size" pop-up menu, select the paper size of the document you want to copy. Portrait orientation is the default for all paper types in the "Original Image Size" pop-up menu. |
Poor print quality at the edges of the page | Are you printing beyond the minimum print margins for the All-In-One? | Use these minimum margin settings:
- 6.35 mm (0.25 inches) for US Letter, US Legal, and Kakugata 3 Envelope - 3.175 mm (0.125 inches) for all other paper sizes
- 1.7 mm (0.067 inches)
- 12.7 mm (0.5 inches) |
