Managing actions

1. From the Printers menu, click Events & Actions > Actions.

2. Do any of the following:

Edit an action

1. Select an action, and then click Edit.

2. Configure the settings.

3. Click Save Changes.

Delete actions

1. Select one or more actions.

2. Click Delete, and then confirm deletion.

Test an action

1. Select an action, and then click Test.

2. >To verify the test results, see the tasks logs.

   Notes:

   • For more information, see Viewing logs.
   • If you are testing an e‑mail action, then verify if the e‑mail was sent to the recipient.
