Managing discovery profiles

  1. From the Printers menu, click Discovery Profiles.

  2. Do any of the following:

Edit an profile

  1. Select a profile, and then click Edit.

  2. Configure the settings.

  3. Click Save Profile or Save and Run Profile.

Copy a profile

  1. Select a profile, and then click Copy.

  2. Configure the settings.

  3. Add the IP addresses. For more information, see Creating a discovery profile.

  4. Click Save Profile or Save and Run Profile.

Delete a profile

  1. Select one or more profiles.

  2. Click Delete, and then confirm deletion.

Run a profile

  1. Select one or more profiles.

  2. Click Run. Check the discovery status from the Tasks menu.
